WHO AM I?
This Sunday we closed out our Who Am I? series by discovering what it means to live secure in Christ. In Ephesians 1:3-14, Paul reminds us that our security is not found in how tightly we hold onto God, but in what God has done to hold onto us: The Father chose us. Jesus paid for us. The Spirit sealed us. That security means we don't have to hide in shame when we fail, but it also means we don't have to play it safe when God calls us to obey. When we know who we are and whose we are, fear and insecurity no longer have to determine how we live. This week, let's remind ourselves each morning: I belong to God, so today I can live secure. And then ask: “Jesus, because I am secure in You, where are You asking me to step out in obedience?”
